Big Dipper [12 pictures]
This is the famous John Miller roller coaster called The Big Dipper! Built in 1925 this is a rare combination of business opportunity and historical restoration. Its one of the eight oldest coasters still in existance in the United sates, and in the right location it will still thrill audiences and fill pockets. this grand wooden roller coaster is complete and still standing on what used to be the Lake Geauga Amusement park. Sadly the park is gone and this is the last piece left from that magical age. This ride is a monster at 2680 feet in length. I'm told it would take about 1400 to 1500 feet of space to erect it on your site. It does have two sets of trains with four cars in each set. It has a minimum ride height of 48 inches and all of its safety features are current. This coaster would be a great attraction all by itself or as part of a tourist train business. An Ace landmark award winner this ride comes with an instant following. The owner has promised more photos of it from an airial view which is about the only way to really see this piece. I will be searching the net for some good videos of it, but honestly, this ride is so well known that any search of youtube, iggogle, aol videos, or the like will yield plenty of videos of this ride. Now, it is a huge coaster. The price is $150000 firm and that is just for the coaster. The owner tells me that the costs of relocating and reinstalling it are steep, so please only contact me if you are serious about starting a new business venture or in adding this one to an existing amusement park or tourist enterprise. |

Complete Concessions Business
This is a complete and extensive concessions business for $250000 or best offer. I will be posting more information soon, but for now you should know that the business includes concessions trailers, party rental equipment, concessions supply wholesales, and all related equipment. There is also a successful fireworks stand that is included in the package. There are three buildings which can be moved to your own property if you like but which could be operated on the existing location for at least the first year. And it gets better the rent for the first year is just the utilities which amount to about $200 a month. There is no financing available, but the owner will give a discount for a all cash sale. He is also not interested in selling off parts of the business, however, once you are the owner; it would be within your power to sell off any parts of the business or any individual pieces of the equipment. The business has been operated successfully in south carolina for over 20 years now featuring boiled and roasted peanuts but having expanded into all kinds of novelty or midway food items. If you are looking for a new business, or if you are looking to get off of the road; this will be an opportunity you just can't miss. Please call me at 979-215-1770 or send me an email with any questions. |

Live Pony Ride [1 picture]
Here we have a four pony live pony ride for $7000. It includes pretty much everything you need. It has the pony ring, four ponies, saddles, halters, lead ropes, and a trailer to haul it all. The photo here is not of the unit but obviously of a couple of the horses in a field. I've requested more photos. This would be a great addition to an existing business or as a starter package for someone wanting to start a new business that the whole family can get involved in. |

Professional Stage [1 picture]
This is a unique opportunity for anyone in the outdoor amusement industry. Its a complete professionally built performance stage originally created for a family magic show but suitable for just about any type of entertainment including concerts with light, sound, smoke, fog, etc. The price is $50000 firm. This unit was built on a 40 ft. air ride trailer that the owner pulls with a v-10 one ton truck. It was designed to be workable by just him and his wife, so the whole unit can be ready to work in under 30 minutes with only one person doing the work. There isn't an actual living quarters in it, but it does have a dressing area along with an office section and racks for easy access to all the light and sound equipment. I can send a list of all the equipment included to serious buyers. I'm expecting more photos soon. Just imagine the bookings for this piece. You could use it as a straight rental because every event needs a stage and this stage will become popular because it is so professionally built and outfitted that event organizers are going to be able to book better entertainment by offering the chance to perform on this stage. You could use it as a booking tool offering it to events for free as a reason for choosing your company over one of your competitors. Don't let this one pass you buy. You will never see another unit this nice at this price. |

Ride Photo Systems [3 pictures]
Two ride photo systems for $12000 each or $22500 for the pair. These systems capture photos of guests on thrill rides, display the captured images, and print quality 4 by 5 or 5 by 7 memorabilia pictures on low cost ink jet photo printers. These systems are an excellent way to increase revenue from your existing rides which is especially good in these tough times. These units usually sell for $30000 each brand new. The factory that built them had them leased to an amusement park for three years. The park is no longer in business, so now these are available. For this price you get two computers, one camera with outdoor housing, a strobe with outdoor housing, the system software, and control electronics. All you will need to purchase is two inexpensive ink jet photo printers, computer display monitors, and the cabling connecting the camera and sales booth. This shouldn't cost more than about $500 per unit. You can use just about any small portable building or trailer for a sales booth. I'm told one place uses a booth that is only 6 ft. by 10. The owner can provide onsite installation and training for an additional fee, or if you have someone on staff who is computer literate and technically savvy; they can provide the information you need to get the system up and running. A 90 day limited warrantee that includes phone support is included in the price and starts the day the system is installed. These units are suitable for any single car thrill ride, log flumes, mouse coasters, and some kiddie rides. But the company tells me that these systems are easily upgradable should you need to expand it to include multiple display monitors or to use one on a fast multi-car coaster. This is a great chance to add instant revenue and provide momentoes to customers that will remind them of how much fun they had and cause them to dream about how soon they can go back. |
